Srilakshmi Menon

Senior Analyst

Srilakshmi Menon is a Senior Analyst in the Climate, Environment & Sustainability sector at CSTEP.

She holds a Master’s degree with specialisation in Integrated Sustainable Design from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and has completed her Bachelor of Architecture from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy.

Prior to joining CSTEP, she worked as a Research Associate (Sustainability Services) at NUS, and has been a Climate and Urban Environment Intern with the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat). She is also a licensed architect with completed projects across South India.

Her areas of interest include impacts of urban expansion on biodiversity hotspots, and nature-based solutions for climate adaptation in cities.
