Amol Mishra is Head – Human Resources at CSTEP.

He is a passionate HR practitioner with over 18 years of experience. His first long stint in an HR role was at CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants where he handled recruitment and HR operations for close to 8 years. He also worked at Gibson Innovations India. Pvt. Ltd. as Manager HR for the Greater India region. Over the last five years he has been involved with Search firms and in the IT Start-up space, specialising in product hiring for Fintech, SCM, and Edutech.

This is his second stint at CSTEP, with the first one lasting close to 5 years (from 2011-15).

He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Bangalore University (Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering).

In his spare time he enjoys reading books, playing golf, travelling, cooking, and follows ISKCON.
