Intern
Utkarsh Kumar Rai is an intern in the Communications and Policy Engagement team at CSTEP.
He is pursuing his Master’s in Public Policy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He completed his Bachelor’s in Engineering in Mechanical from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University.
Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as an Assistant Manager at Pictonix Productions Pvt. Ltd.
His areas of interest include climate change mitigation and adaptation, climate finance, and energy policy.
